comfortable bed modern bathroom
the room included two televisions i did not use them the location provided convenient access to the metro and city center. the modern bathroom included good fixtures the bed was comfortable.
there was no wardrobe available in the room

metro access mattress quality
the location proved very convenient. it was near the metro, great for easy exploration. i appreciated the complimentary water in the room. but the mattress quality added greatly to my restful nights.
The boulevard outside was noisy. This made opening the window less appealing.

Fantastic City Stay!
convenient location friendly staff great restaurant
The staff displayed genuine kindness, assisting with luggage storage before and after check-in. Its perfect location near the train station allows easy city center access. I found various dining options close, especially in Russafa, where the outdoor dining at El Camerino was a treat with its affordable set menus.
The single pillow provided was quite small, and I would have preferred a bit more support.

The hotel sits in an excellent location, directly opposite the vibrant Russafa area. I found lots of bars and cafés there. Good transport links are easily accessible, which makes exploring the city uncomplicated, quick, and easy.

The location near Russafa is amazing!!! providing a superb range of dining choices within easy walking distance. Pedestrian streets offer enjoyable outdoor dining, which creates a perfect atmosphere for evening meals and relaxing moments.

helpful staff nice view clean room central location
i loved the location. there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful and kind. a metro station was close. i found it EASY to reach many places. the room had a nice view and was clean.
the room had little lighting. i would have liked more light. also, the pillow provided was thin.

bike hire is AVAILABLE , allowing easy exploration of the area. also, a communal garden provides a relaxing space. the proximity to shops and restaurants made dining convenient.
